Any person who accesses this Website assumes the role of user (hereinafter the “User”) and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provisions.

ISD will process such data in accordance with their nature or purpose, under the terms indicated in the Privacy Policy section.

If you negligently or wilfully breach any of the obligations established in these General Terms of Use, you shall be liable for all damages and losses that may arise for ISD from such breach.
Liability
Continuous access is not guaranteed, nor is the correct viewing, downloading or usefulness of the elements and information contained on the Website, which may be prevented, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond ISD’s control. ISD is not responsible for decisions that may be made as a result of access to the contents or information offered.
The service may be interrupted, or the relationship with the User may be immediately terminated, if it is detected that use of the Website or any of the services offered therein is contrary to these General Terms of Use. ISD is not responsible for damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from use of the Website.
ISD will only be responsible for removing, as soon as possible, content that may generate such damages, provided it is notified accordingly. In particular, ISD shall not be responsible for damages that may arise, among others, from:
Interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by deficiencies, overloads and errors in telecommunications lines and networks, or by any other cause beyond ISD’s control.
Unlawful intrusions through the use of malicious programs of any kind and through any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any others.
Improper or inappropriate use of the Website.
Security or navigation errors caused by malfunctioning of the browser or by use of outdated versions of it. The Website administrator reserves the right to remove, in whole or in part, any content or information present on the Website.
ISD excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to misuse of freely available services by Website Users. Likewise, ISD is released from any liability for the content and information that may be received as a result of data collection forms, which are intended solely for the provision of consultation and enquiry services. On the other hand, in the event of damages due to unlawful or incorrect use of such services, the User may be held liable for the damages caused.
The User shall hold ISD harmless against any damages that may arise from claims, actions or lawsuits brought by third parties as a result of their access to or use of the Website. Likewise, the User undertakes to indemnify ISD against any damages arising from the use by the User of “robots”, “spiders”, “crawlers” or similar tools used to collect or extract data, or any other action by the User that imposes an unreasonable burden on the operation of the Website.

The User undertakes not to reproduce, in any way, even through a hyperlink, the Website or any of its contents, except with the express written authorisation of the person responsible for the file.

Consequently, by offering them, no warranty or representation is given in relation to the contents and services offered on the Website, including, by way of example, warranties of legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness, accuracy or merchantability, except to the extent that such warranties and representations cannot be excluded by law.
Force Majeure
ISD shall not be liable in any way in the event it is unable to provide service if this is due to prolonged interruptions of power supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.
Dispute resolution, applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms of Use, as well as use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the registered office of the person responsible for the website.
If any provision of these General Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or void under applicable legislation or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or nullity shall not render these General Terms of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In such cases, ISD will proceed to amend or replace such provision with another that is valid and enforceable and that, as far as possible, achieves the purpose and intent reflected in the original provision.
