ISD Research is a company dedicated to conducting clinical studies (in vivo) and in vitro studies for the evaluation of the safety and efficacy of cosmetic products.

The direction declares its firm commitment to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System, defined in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard. Recognizing climate change as a strategic factor, Management is committed to integrating the management of climate-related risks and opportunities into our processes, promoting continual improvement, the sustainability of our operations, and the full satisfaction of our customers' needs and market expectations by providing the necessary means and resources to ensure compliance with the following principles:

  • Understand and satisfy the needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties, while mitigating climate-related risks to ensure the excellence of our services.

 

  • Ensure compliance with all requirements applicable to the company, including legal and regulatory obligations, as well as those established by customers or other relevant interested parties.

 

  • Establish objectives and assign the necessary resources to achieve them, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the quality of the services.

 

  • Apply a risk-based approach that may affect the conformity of our services and customer satisfaction, in order to establish appropriate methods and actions to prevent deviations and non-conformities.

 

  • Promote a commitment to continuous improvement through the implementation, review, and optimization of the Quality Management System processes.

 

  • Encourage ongoing training and awareness among personnel to ensure that all employees understand the importance of their individual contribution to fulfilling the requirements of the Quality Management System and to achieve the organizational objectives.

 

 

This policy forms part of the company’s overall strategic direction and is periodically reviewed to ensure its suitability to the organization’s context, its efficacy, and its commitment to continuous improvement.
